The Steps Leading Up to Treatment

Step One: Email Photos and Goals

The first step of our comprehensive process involves getting in touch with our staff to help plan out the exact treatment course. It may be helpful for you to submit photos of yourself so that our team knows where to begin. A good set of photos will consist of a front view, a side view, and an oblique, or slightly turned, view. For a body contouring picture, we will require a full visual of the buttock and back as indicated. Once these pictures have been sent, we will contact you by phone or email to help you determine what direction you want to take your treatment plan. All photos should be taken against a solid background, and all sent items are kept strictly confidential.

Step Two: The Consultation

Once the photographs have been sent, we will contact you for a brief phone consultation during which you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, figure out what your aesthetic goals are, and have any questions answered. While phone consultations are one of the best ways for us to connect with our patients, we have found that email can be very helpful to for overseas patients who prefer such interactions. During this consultation, you will be provided with an assessment and a preliminary plan for treatment. The coordinator will discuss the cost estimates and the financing options that are available, if you need them. All of these fees will be confirmed when you arrive for your treatment.

Step Three: Scheduling the Surgery

Once you are satisfied with all of the planning, and have decided that you want to proceed, we will determine when your initial consultation visit should be.

Pre-Operative Packet

Once the treatment has been scheduled, you may receive a treatment packet that contains information and instructions for your procedure. We will provide you with any specific details that we may need during your phone consultation.
