This filler is a hyaluronic acid; it can be used to fill in facial wrinkles. In particular, Hydrelle works best on nasolabial folds, or laugh lines. According to the company, a Hydrelle injection is roughly half the size of a normal filler injection.Side effects are still the same—swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising. However, this is the first filler that contains lidocaine, an anesthetic. As a result, a patient who chooses Hydrelle will have fewer injections and less pain during the process.
