1. Sponsorship and Eligibility

This offer is sponsored by Epione Medical Corporation, 444 N. Camden Dr., Beverly Hills, CA 90210. This offer is extended exclusively to existing Epione Medical Corporation patients/clients. To quality as “existing patients”, clients must meet the following requirements:

1. Must be a patient in good standing,
2. Must have spent at least $10,000 on services/products over the last 5 years, and
3. Must be deemed medically fit for the procedure by Epione treatment providers/personnel.

Non-existing patients are not eligible for the offer

2. Qualification Period

Appointments for the complimentary session and free treatment session per se must be made after January 13, 2023 and before March 1, 2023.

3. Redemption Procedures

Clients may check their offer eligibility by calling Epione Medical Corporation or sending a Direct Message via Instagram. Appointments must be made via the said platforms also. Eligible clients are scheduled 30-minute body contouring sessions at Epione, for a date and time convenient to both parties and within the qualification period. Clients must agree to a quick consultation prior to the treatment, in which the consultant would assess and decide on their treatment candidacy. Epione Medical Corporation reserves the right to revoke client eligibility when deemed appropriate.

4. Limitations

Eligible clients may choose to have the free session done on any of the following areas of the body: abs, buttocks, front of legs, or back of legs; however only clients and areas cleared for treatment by Epione Medical Corporation proceed with the session.

5. Treatment description

Eligible clients will receive one (1) complimentary session of body contouring procedure using the EmSculpt technology. Treatment details would be discussed during the quick consultation, and may change upon the discretion of the consultant only. Complimentary sessions would be executed by Medical Assistants at Epione Medical Corporation.

6. Permissions

By accepting the offer, clients agree to allow Epione Beverly Hills to contact them via Instagram Direct Messages, SMS, phone calls, or e-mails. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance constitutes permission to use winners’ name, hometown and likeness for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Clients may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of accepting the offer. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of offer.

By getting the aforementioned procedure done, clients give Epione Beverly Hills the right to use before and after photos and/or procedure videos for marketing and advertising purposes wherever and whenever the company deems applicable.

8. Jurisdiction

The offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to promotions fully carried out within California. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with accepting the offer but in no event attorneys’ and/or experts’ fees. By accepting the offer, clients waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (including attorneys’ fees), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Clients acknowledge that no other party nor any agent or attorney of any other party has made any promise, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, not contained herein concerning the subject matter hereof, to induce entrant to execute any document and entrant acknowledges that he/she has not executed any document in reliance on any such promise, representation or warranty not contained herein.
